Yes. We assess your site and requirements first (or, for software and hardware projects, run a short discovery session), then send a written proposal with a clear scope and quotation.
How much does a CCTV, alarm or software project cost?
It depends on the scope: number of cameras or devices, storage, cabling, features and integrations. We price transparently based on your requirements and always provide a written quote before work starts.
Do you only do security systems?
No. DSA has two equal sides: Software & Hardware Engineering (custom software, embedded hardware, IoT, systems integration and IT infrastructure) and Security & Automation (industrial and home automation, access control, fire and intruder alarms, CCTV).
Can you build custom software or hardware for our specific need?
Yes. We build custom web and mobile applications, dashboards, management systems, electronic devices and firmware. Tell us the problem you are trying to solve and we will propose a practical solution.
Can you connect CCTV, access control, alarms and our business software?
Yes. Systems integration is a core service. We can link security systems to each other and to software such as your ERP, so everything works as one platform.
Can I view my cameras and alarms from my phone?
Yes. We configure secure remote access so you can view cameras, receive alarm notifications and manage systems from your phone or computer, and we show your team how to use it.
Do you maintain systems installed by another company?
Yes. After assessing the existing equipment we can take over preventive and corrective maintenance, repair faults and recommend upgrades where needed.
Do you work outside Kigali?
Yes. We are based on KK 1 Avenue in Kigali and provide on-site installation, maintenance and technical support to clients across Rwanda.
